53 multi-child families get payments as humanitarian program part

Fifty-three multi-child families from the Kiev-controlled territories received payments in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) as part of the humanitarian program on reunification of Donbass people, DPR acting Minister of Labor and Social Politics Larisa Tolstykh states.

"This year the leadership of the Republic has decided to support those families who live in the territory of Donbass which is temporarily controlled by Ukraine. As part of the implementation of the humanitarian program in 2018, 53 families have already received payments," she said.

Tolstykina reminded that payments are made until December 15 this year. Parents who raise three or more children under the age of 18 have the right to receive payments.

"We understand that in the difficult economic situation that has developed in Ukraine, it is difficult to provide decent living conditions for even one child. It is all the more difficult for those who bring up three or more children. Come and get paid. You will be able to spend these funds for the needs of your family, your children," highlighted the head of the department.
