DPR government to provide aid to released Ukrainian detainees

The DPR government will provide all needed aid to people, who were released from the Ukrainian captivity, reports the DPR Head, Alexander Zakharchenko.

“Ukraine deceived us once again. The demanded number of the prisoners was not transferred. Presently, our main objective is to help people out of the difficult situation, provide psychological support. All necessary aid in documents’ restoring is to be provided, talking about housing, this question is to be solved personally,” said the DPR Head.

Zakharchenko underlined that the number of people, transferred to the DPR, does not correspond the claimed one and the DPR Human Rights Ombudsman Daria Morozova under his authority is to raise the question at the Minsk negotiations.

“Ukraine agrees to exchange reluctantly. The negotiations will be long. Ukraine won’t exchange “all to all” voluntarily,” summed up Zakharchenko.
